Simplify Partners is an independent asset management platform established in 2008. 

The firm adopts a total portfolio approach, grounded in academic research frameworks and combining quantitative models with the experienced judgment of senior investment managers in strategic asset allocation and risk management. Portfolio construction and risk management are driven by robust methodologies tested to operate effectively across market regimes, with a strong focus on liquidity, diversification, and capital preservation.

Investment management is delivered through a select network of outstanding external advisors, appointed and overseen by the management company ADEPA, ensuring institutional governance, independence, and continuity. This structure allows Simplify Partners to integrate specialized expertise while maintaining a coherent, model-driven investment process.

The portfolio invests across multiple asset classes using liquid instruments only. Strategies are continuously refined through active research, aiming to identify asymmetric opportunities, disciplined entry levels, and to build exposures targeting differentiated and decorrelated returns.
